An immaculately designed B&B where birds sing, hens potter, and the treats include a sauna, a pool and a wonderful organic breakfast. Watch the sheep graze as you bask by the pool or stroll down the slope to settle under the trees. The setting is green and serene, and all you hear are the birds. Not far from the motorway, through fields on either side, you pass a little chapel and there is the house, solid, reassuring and architect designed, with great atmosphere and great light. It’s a short drive to the bars, boutiques and markets of beautiful old Vannes and Brittany’s (almost) land-locked ‘little sea’, the Gulf of Morbihan.
